 Failure analysis and troubleshooting A Machines:

一、Press "STOP" button to stop when it overloading or motor idling. 

Do not run or sudden shutdown: 1 . Power failure. 2. Fuse, cable, switches damage, repair or replacement. 3. It is leakage of electricity. Please debug and run it again. You also can click RESETbutton to reset. 4. The voltage is too low. Thestable voltage is about 220V±1 0%

Sealing bad: 1 . The bags quality is bad. Please replace the qualified bags. 2. The heating sealing temperature is not fit with the film paper required sealing temperature. Please reset the temperature of the temperature control meter. 3. The heating sealing parts are not clean. Please scrub them clean. 4. The Teflon tape is damaged. Replace Teflon tape. 5. Temperature sensor is bad. Replace it. 6. The heating tubes burned out. Replace it. 7. The voltage is instability or too low. Please adjust stable voltage. 8. The heating circuit is opening; the connector lug is loose and has carbon deposition. Please remove carbon deposition and tighten the wiring screws. 9. The heat-sealing head position is too high, and the pre-compression pressure cannot be formed on the lower die silicone mat. Please re-adjust the cylinder screw length to form a slight pre-compressionpressure. 1 0. The bag is not inserted flat artificial pocket or not inserted in place. Adjust it.

Filling drop: The sealing ring of the filling valve is damaged. Replace the sealing ring. Filling valve sealing ring is damaged, replace the seal.

Temperature meter shows heater tube not heating: 1 . Fuse is burnt out. Replace the fuse. 2. Temperature sensor is open circuit. Replace sensor. 3. Heater tube is open circuit. Replace tube. 4. Set temperature is error. Reset

Display”PLC no respond”: the both ends of signal cable from the PLC to the touch screen maybe loose, open the electrical cover and check them been plugged in securely

Failure analysis and troubleshooting B Machines:
1 . Filling not full . There are air in the pipeline and pump. Exhaust air again. Take the air exhaust soft pipes out and connect them to the filling nozzles, touch STATION 1/2 EXHAUST and STATION 3/4 EXHAUST at least 1s to exhaust. The water/beverage with some air bubble will be exhausted into the receiving bucket. Then touch STATION 1/2 EXHAUST and STATION 3/4 EXHAUST again to close when confirm there are no air in the pipeline and pump.

Tip: The STATION 1/2 is filling nozzle 1 to 4 and the STATION 3/4 is filling nozzle 5 to 8from the leftmost. 4-1 -2. The O-rings of reversing valve are damage or fall. Replace the 20X2.4 mm O-rings.
2. Sealing bag broken. There are anything else clung the sealing plates or the Teflontape (For the nylon bags) breakage and fall. Clean the sealing plates. Replace the Teflon tapes (Only for the nylon bags) of the sealing plates. Unscrew the setscrews of sealing plate and take out the sealing plate then tear the Teflon tape off; paste the cut Teflon tape on the sealing plate, and uniform put thermal Conductive Adhesive on the back of sealing plate, then screw it.

Tip: the sealing plate must be level with the clip bag part. Heat pipe is burned o
ut off the power and heat pipe natural cooling before remove theheat pipe. Unscrew the two M5 setscrews of heating jacket by allen wrench and take out heating jacket. Loosen the nut by 7# spanner, then loosen setscrew by cross screwdriver, take out the heat pipe from heating jacket. Along the 2 red wires of removed heat pipe, find the corresponding connecting terminal in the electric cabinet and loosen the setscrews then take out terminal. Take out the heat pipe.

Tip: Pull out the heat pipe wire from electrical plate threading hole in front of machine andthen take our all of heat pipe with wires. Replace new pipe. Take the pipe in the heating jacket and screw it, thread the 2 red wires through the electrical plate threading hole into the electric cabinet, then connect the red wires to the connecting terminal according to the in situ.
Tip: Two wires positions cannot be mixed
3. Temperature control meter shows The heat pipe continues to heat up, it means the thermocouple is damaged.

Tip: It must be sure to cut off the power and heat pipe natural cooling before remove theheat pipe. Unscrew the two M5 setscrews of heating jacket by allen wrench and take out heating jacket. Unscrew the thermocouple from heating jacket by 10# spanner. 

Tip: remove and install thermocouple
4. Sealing temperature is too high or sealing time is too long. Reset the temperature meter and adjust the sealing temperature. Adjust sealing time. Click on parameters and set sealing time. Set up and click on "OK", the system will save all new setting parameters.

5. Sealing is no firm. The seal silica pad of clip bag parts loose and deformation for long time using. Replace it. Gently take out the silica pad by word screwdriver from clip bag part. Clean clip bag part and apply the silicone sealant to new silica pad then paste it to the clip bag part.

Tip: the silicone sealant is solidified after 12 hours at room temperature. Heat pipe is burned out.

6. Filling nozzle has drip. The seal silica pad of clip bag parts loose and deformation for long time using. Replace it. Gently take out the silica pad by word screwdriver from clip bag part. Clean clip bag part and apply the silicone sealant to new silica pad then paste it to the clip bag part. The setscrews of the anti-drip valve piston rob with cylinder has loose. Shutdown the machine and take out anti-drip valve. Adjust level between the top of piston rod and the top of return valve (The piston position can be adjusted by adjusting the thread of the cylinder). Screw the setscrews of cylinder and piston by 8# & 10# spanners. 

The O-rings of the top anti-drip valve are damage or fall. Shutdown the machine and take out anti-drip valve. Replace the 16*3.1 mm O-rings of the top anti-drip valve and replace new one.
7. Both ends of reversing valve has dripThe O-rings of both ends are damaged. Take out the piston pump.
8. Liquid seepage from outside the piston to the top O-rings of piston pump are damaged
.
9. The machine leak compress air The joint of air pipe is damaged. Check every joint and replace the damaged joint. The solenoid valve is damaged. Replace it.

10. The machine leakage trip: heat pipi damp.Shutdown the machine and check the earth wire; air-dry the damp heat pipe andrun the machine
